Tomorrow, September 30, marks Orange Shirt Day and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

VMHA encourages our players, families, coaches and volunteers to wear orange as a visible acknowledgement of the experiences of Survivors of residential schools, and in remembrance of the children who never came home.

As a community organization serving children and families, we believe it is important to recognize this day and the meaning behind it.

Thank you for joining us in this simple act of remembrance and respect.
