Hi everyone,

We are still looking for a U15 Division Coordinator for the upcoming season, and we need someone to step forward.

Division Coordinators are an essential part of how VMHA supports its teams throughout the season. Coordinators are already in place for the other divisions, but U15 currently has no one in this role. We cannot leave this position unfilled.

This role must be filled before the season gets underway. We are therefore specifically asking parents from other VMHA divisions to consider stepping up to support U15. Ideally, volunteers cannot have a player in the division they coordinate.

What you would be taking on

– Assisting with recreation team formation at the start of the season
– Acting as a point of contact for U15 teams (primarily team managers) and the Association
– Helping distribute information from to the division

You don’t need to be an experienced hockey volunteer or know the U15 division inside and out. You just need to be willing to step up, stay organized and be a point of contact for our U15 teams. The Association will be there to support you.

Right now, U15 is the only division without a coordinator. We genuinely need a volunteer to come forward. If you have a child playing in another VMHA division and can help, please consider taking on this role.
