2009/2010 In season Development program
Victoria Minor Hockey is pleased to announce the 2009/2010 in Season Development program that is open to all players from Novice D through Midget. We are pleased to see the return of this program with its enhanced and improved features. The program is part of an overall initiative aimed at increasing the overall development of individual players within the Victoria Minor program. There are several components to this program and it is similar in structure to our successful Spring Development Program. Players are given instruction on individual skill components throughout the sessions and in turn this allows them to return to their team practices within improved skills and a higher level of confidence in their play. With the 2009/2010 season there is both on and off ice components to the program. The following are the days that the program will run throughout the season
Monday Mornings SOFMC 7am-8am
Wed Morning SOFMC 7am-8am
Wed Evenings SOFMC Time TBA
Friday Mornings SOFMC 7am-8am
Friday Evenings Naden Time TBA
Dryland Wed Evenings SOFMC Time TBA
This gives players up to 5 sessions per week to choose from throughout the season. There will also be occasions where weekend sessions are offered.
Program Cost - The cost for the program is $300 per player or the Sept-Mar season

In addition to the above group sessions Victoria Minor is pleased to offer our ITP option. This is the Individual Training Program and is geared towards assisting players make a breakthrough in their development through individual coaching in small groups of no more than 3 players. The ITP program times are identified on the weekly schedule and players can register by contacting the association registrar for the individual sessions. The cost per player for the 30 minute sessions is $35.
